- Website URL you submit through the "Scan My Website" form.
- Contact details such as name, email address, and business name when you request an audit, book a call, or correspond with us.
- Correspondence when you email us or otherwise communicate with us.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring URL, scroll depth, and interaction events.
- Device and browser data — IP address, approximate geolocation derived from IP, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers.

5.2 Redirect to GEO Scan Pro
When you submit your website URL through the Scan form, you are redirected to geoscanpro.com, which operates the audit technology. Information you submit on that site is handled under the GEO Scan Pro privacy policy. Please review it before submitting information there.
5.3 Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legitimate legal process, or if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of DJI Solutions, our clients, users, or the public.
5.4 Business Transfers
If DJI Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change that materially affects how your information is handled.
6. International Data Transfers
DJI Solutions is based in the United States, and our service providers (including AWS) operate servers in the United States and potentially other jurisdictions. If you access the Website from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.
For transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on legally recognized transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission or participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where our providers are certified). 7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

9. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Do Not Track ("DNT"). Our Website does not currently respond to DNT browser signals because no common standard for interpreting them has been adopted.
Global Privacy Control ("GPC"). We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control signals transmitted by your browser or extension as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as required under California, Colorado, and other applicable state privacy laws.
10. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls for internal systems, and working with reputable service providers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and applicable regulatory authorities consistent with applicable laws. Notification will include, where known: the nature of the breach, categories of information affected, measures we are taking in response, and steps you can take to protect yourself.
12. Automated Decision-Making
Our AI Visibility Audit uses automated analysis to evaluate how AI systems interpret a website and to generate a visibility score and recommendations. This analysis does not produce legal or similarly significant effects about you individually, and all results are reviewed with you by a human consultant before any business decisions are made. 13. SMS and Text Messages
We do not currently send SMS or text messages from the contact information you provide through our Website. If we introduce SMS communications in the future, we will obtain your prior express written consent as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and update this Privacy Policy before doing so.
14. Health Information and HIPAA
DJI Solutions is not a Covered Entity or Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We do not collect, process, store, or transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of any healthcare provider.
Our Services analyze publicly available business information and marketing content. Med spa and healthcare clients remain solely responsible for HIPAA compliance on their own platforms, websites, and internal systems. You agree not to submit PHI or any patient-identifiable health information to DJI Solutions through our Website or Services.
15. Your Privacy Rights
15.1 Rights Available to All Users
Regardless of where you live, you may contact us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
15.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the rights to: (a) know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; (b) request deletion of personal information; (c) correct inaccurate personal information; (d) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and (e) limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We will verify your identity and respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days, with one 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83) permits California residents to request disclosures about certain information sharing for third parties' direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
15.3 Residents of Other U.S. States
If you are a resident of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana (MCDPA), Iowa (ICDPA), Tennessee (TIPA), Delaware (DPDPA), New Jersey (NJDPA), Indiana (ICDPA), Minnesota (MCDPA), Maryland (MODPA), Nebraska, New Hampshire, or any other state that grants comprehensive privacy rights, you may have the right to:

15.4 EU/UK/Swiss Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the rights to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. A list of EEA supervisory authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu. UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner's Office.
15.5 How to Exercise Your Rights
Send requests to privacy@djisolutions.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before responding. Requests are free of charge unless excessive or repetitive.
16. Children's and Teen Privacy
Our Website and Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
For California residents between the ages of 13 and 15, we do not sell or share personal information and will honor opt-in consent requirements before doing so. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
17. Third-Party Links
Our Website may link to third-party sites (including geoscanpro.com and partner platforms). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Please review their privacy policies before submitting information.
18. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" dates above and provide reasonable advance notice — typically by posting a prominent notice on the Website and, where practical, by emailing users on our mailing list at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Privacy Policy will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
